Fear and Love

When this venerable fashion brand wanted to create a refreshed and modern articulation of purpose, they engaged CJ to lead a team of brand strategists, competitive researchers, and customer insight experts in the US and France. Through the effort, the team created a detailed manifesto with convictions, vocabulary and purpose statements — and CJ designed and ran workshops with the CEO and 20-member senior management team. The result was an aligned and renewed leadership able to inspire and motivate Chanel people everywhere.
